Kelly loves all things adventure, travel, food, cultures, and experiences. Kelly is an avid runner and cyclist and says she tolerates swimming since she loves to compete in triathlons. She has completed seven half-ironman races, marathons and countless half marathons. She also enjoys Crossfit, yoga, hiking, and any outdoor activities. Kelly says she and her husband thrive on bringing their three kids along on all sorts of adventures as well as cheering on their own hobbies. Kelly started her career in Spinal Cord injury therapy at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, and after taking some time off with her children, has been in outpatient orthopedics ever since.
Kelly is a certified yoga instructor and loves to take clients through one-on-one instruction to help them improve or adapt their performance.
