Andy Shields, Personal Trainer/Group Instructor
Originally from Essex England, Andy came to The United States to continue to study and pursue a career within the sports industry. He has worked with individuals of all ages and athletic abilities, all with the common goal to help achieve their personal fitness and health goals. Andy believes in order to do this it is important to understand the client, how their body works, and how they can achieve a fitness plan while working around their day to day lives. Along with a degree in Health & Physical Education, Andy is a certified AFPA personal trainer, certified USA Swimming coach, USA Soccer "C" Licensed coach and CPR certified.
Tracie Vance, Personal Trainer/Group Instructor
Tracie's philosophy is, "Don't let your circumstances define you." She does not think that having a disability or requiring a modification makes a client any less capable of achieving health goals or having fun while doing it. Tracie's approach with clients is to meet them on their own level. She understands the gym can be an intimidating place and her goal is to help clients become comfortable in the gym and to enjoy exercise. Tracie is certified as a personal trainer through NASM and has also completed TRX certification. Tracie is in the process of completing her degree in Biology with the intention of a career in the medical field. She believes that her experiences as a spinal fusion patient and an overweight adolescent give her the empathy to be able to work with a diverse clientele.
Becky Allen, Personal Trainer/Group Instructor
Becky is a certified group instructor through NETA and has been teaching since 1999. Becky's focus has been in cardio/strength training. She believes that fitness can be fun; with group fitness you learn you are not alone, there are others who hold you accountable to be there. Her approach to clients is to understand their reason for coming to a class, learn if they have any limitations, and be open-minded to positive or negative feedback.
Susan Walker, Yoga Instructor
Susan is a committed, vibrant and supportive Yoga instructor with a depth of experiences that serve intuitive integration. She is certified with Yoga Alliance RYT-200. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Hot Sequence, Restorative, Yin, and Ashtanga Yoga. She teaches at Kennesaw State University in Physical Health and Promotion where she engages students in Yoga and Pilates, with focus on integrating Mind, Body and Spirit. Currently, Susan is working on the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga (Nadi Shodhana). She believes that one of the gifts of teaching, is also being the forever student. As she dives deeper into the study of yoga, she is able to share what she has learned with her students. Over the years, Susan has also acquired certifications in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Cycling, Strength Training, Water Aerobics, Pilates, and holds a BA in Sociology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, kayaking, swimming, lots of yoga and travel.
Jocelyn Simpson, Tai Chi Instructor
A Pilates and fitness instructor since 2003, Jocelyn first became acquainted with Tai Chi in 2006, attracted by its serenity and beautiful Sun style movements. As she became more aware of its health benefits, her teaching focus changed to those disciplines which most improve the health and well-being of her clients. Jocelyn regularly attends continuing education workshops to increase her understanding as to how the mind and body work and how to best help her clients and class participants. Jocelyn is a Senior Trainer and a member of the Board of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Institute. Jocelyn is certified to teach:

Joseph Wiener, Licensed Massage Therapist
Joseph was born in White Plains New York. His hobbies include learning and studying different Martial Arts; his most favorite of all are the Arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Japanese Jiu Jitsu as well as Judo. Keeping in shape is very important because of the type of work he does. His regimen includes CrossFit and he also enjoys range and outdoor shooting. Through the use of his deep tissue and sports massage techniques, Joseph enjoys helping people get back to peak performance whether it is in their athletic endeavors or everyday activities. Joseph stays busy in his non-work hours with all of the activities of his five children!

Originally from the Hudson Valley area of New York state, Susan loves anything to do with the outdoors. Having found her passion in the sport of Triathlon 8 years ago, Susan has completed numerous Olympic-distance and Half Ironman distance races and is a two-time Ironman finisher. In addition to coaching private clients, she volunteers her time and coaches for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program. When she's not swimming, biking or running, she enjoys watching her son play lacrosse, and playing golf as a family.

Mary has been coaching triathlon since 2004. As an athlete she has competed in local and international events from sprint distance to Ironman, including the Ironman World Championships. Mary grew up swimming, started running in college for exercise, and has also competed in the sport of outrigger canoe paddling. Mary's coaching forte is in developing training plans for "unlikely athletes," those athletes with personal barriers to completion; whether it is injury, deconditioning, fear of the water, etc. She loves the challenge of taking an athlete from the literal couch to the completion of a triathlon.
