Strength training has been shown to be an effective tool to decrease joint stress and pain, and to preserve joint health.
Designed in collaboration with coaches and physical therapists, these small groups are led by a Certified Personal Trainer.
The Post Rehabilitation Strength Class focuses on building strength while modifying exercises to relieve stress on injured joints or muscles. General Strength and Conditioning class is designed to prepare the participant for higher-level activities such as competitive or recreational sports.
